Empowerment
The empowerment of women is the first step towards the sustainable development of a nation. Nepal has made a significant effort towards gender equality in recent years and as a result, the levels of women participating in the labor force have significantly increased but the opportunities for improvement still remain. IFS works in the area of empowerment through the inclusion of GESI policies in its research and participation in other empowerment projects and policies.
