This course is specifically designed for NGO/INGO staff, government officials, experts, working professionals, and students. It equips participants with the skills to design, monitor, and evaluate programs for maximum impact. Participants will master essential techniques such as analyzing project contexts, effectively engaging stakeholders, setting clear objectives, and crafting M&E plans. The training includes diverse qualitative and quantitative methods, modern digital tools for enhanced data handling, and hands-on experience through practical exercises.
