National Anticipatory Action (AA) Framework and Roadmap
The initiative aims to integrate AA a proactive approach to mitigate disaster impacts using forecasts and early warning systems into Nepal’s disaster management system. The consultant will conduct research, policy analysis, stakeholder consultations, and draft a comprehensive framework and action plan (2025–2030) to mainstream AA, addressing legal, operational, and financial aspects for multiple hazards. The process emphasizes multi-stakeholder collaboration to ensure inclusivity and alignment with Nepal’s disaster risk reduction goals.
