Pankaj Koirala served as Executive Director and Research Fellow at the Institute for Frontier Studies (IFS). He holds Ph.D. In Economics from the Kochi University of Technology with a major focus on human behaviors for environmental problems, such as sustainability and climate change. His research interests lie in economic, environmental and social issues with the main focus on the human thinking process, associated contexts, and institutions with respect to people's cognition and behavior by using qualitative and quantitative methods, including experiments. Currently, he is working in CIMMYT International as Senior Research Associate - Agricultural Economist. His research papers can be accessed on Google Scholar.
